Hello everyone Mama here! Finally I got a chance to get down here and update the website! Everything has been going well! We are adjusting at home and getting use to the change. Abbey loves her little sister. She always wants to hold her or "hold it" she says! We have had quite a few visitors and it has been fun! Auntie Erika come Wednesday night with Simon and Gus and they stayed Wednesday night with Grandma Jan, Grandpa Jeff & Oliver. It was fun and Abbey loves every second of it. It will be a whole different week next week when it is just Abbey, Alice & Mama! Grandma Linda came last night and is heading home tomorrow morning when we head to EC for a baby party! We went to the Homecoming parade today Abbey loved it and Alice slept the whole time. The nights have been interesting with Abbey waking up and trying to get Alice on a schedule but we are getting there. Abbey didn't wake up at all last night to that was nice for Mama and Dada. Alice got up and ate probably 4 times but fell right back asleep so it wasn't too bad. We have had some sleeping parties in the living room though. One night Abbey woke up and I was feeding Alice and she didn't want to go into bed with just Dada so we all hung out in the living room until Dada and Abbey fell asleep on the floor. So Alice and I went back into our room and they slept on the floor for the rest of the night. This morning Alice had a doctors appt and she weighed in at 8lbs 3 1/2oz so she is doing great and getting PLENTY to eat! Also when we woke up this morning I noticed that Abbey's ear was bleeding again! SHOOT!!!!!!!! So I will have to call her ENT to see what he thinks but for now we are just using her ear drops again. Poor Abigail! I am sure I have a million other things to say but for now we will start with this I have a million pictures too so I will slowly be putting those up too! |
