Well we have had a busy week. Our neighbors Chris and Cherie had their babies on Monday morning 10 weeks early! They called me at about 5:00am to come and watch Hannah and they went to the hospital. Cherie had an emergency c-section. Ethan was 2lbs 10oz and Madelyn was 3lbs 4 or 6oz. They were flown to Children's hospital in Minneapolis. Ethan passed away Tuesday morning. Madelyn is doing pretty well she is on a ventilator until her lungs are stronger. So please keep them in your thoughts and prayers!
Abbey has been sick off and on with a fever all week and a couple nights ago it was 102. It finally broke last night and she has been doing pretty well. She just has a cold now. We went to the ENT this morning and it didn't go so well obviously! She hates going there but he did see the tube in her right ear so we know that is why it was bleeding. The tube was shifting. Her right ear is still blocked but he didn't feel the need to put her to sleep to clean it out! I agreed!!! Abbey is in Callie and Dan's wedding tomorrow! We are a little nervous because we aren't sure what she will do and she isn't' the biggest fan of her dress so we are really hoping she keeps that on at least!!! We go the rehearsal tonight so we will see how that goes! I will keep you updated and definitely take a lot of pictures!
Alice was 11 lbs even on Monday she is doing so well! She is sleeping about 5 or 6 hours right away and then usually wakes up every 2 to 3 hours after that I can't complain! She is such a good baby! |
