(01/07/2008) Abbey's fit

Well Grandma Linda is here and it has been fun but Saturday was an interesting day! Abbey decided to really be 2! We were in EC for Michelle's shower and the shower went well but after we went to the hotel before going to dinner and Grandma was there with Abbey who was already asking to go home! So I spent some time with Abbey and took care of Alice and then it was time for me to go. Well Abbey threw a fit! I forgot a room key so I sent Michelle to go get it. Abbey was screaming by the door and Alice was just fussing! I guess it didn't get better someone came and knocked on the door to make sure everything was okay and after Grandma Linda got Abbey settled down she decided she wanted to eat. So they went down to the restaurant and it was going okay but she was expecting to see me and she didn't so it started ANOTHER fit! She was screaming down there too! So the waitress packed up the food and they took it to the room and then I got a phone call to come back. So I had to leave Michelle's bachelorette party to calm Abbey down. She was eating by the time I got there but she wasn't very calm and she kept saying "home"! So we drove home at 10:00pm and Abbey finally fell asleep in the car at about 10:30! Not exactly what I had planned for Saturday but I guess what do you do. She keeps it interesting! ALWAYS! Other than that it has been a good visit with Grandma.
We had ECFE class this morning it was fun as always but Abbey didn't end up waking up until 9:20 and class starts at 9:15! She was tired from this weekend I am sure. Tomorrow we take Grandma Linda to the airport but other than that we don't have much planned for this week. I will be adding pictures I have quite a few! :) |
