The weather here is crazy. It is hard for Abbey to understand. She was asking all day and I mean ALL DAY to go outside! It was raining/sleeting/snowing and really windy so it just wasn't going to be an outside day. This weekend was nice well Saturday was anyways. Steve and Abbey went out to fly her kite for the first time. Steve said she liked it but wasn't too into it yet. Abbey has been so funny lately. She loves to sing her ABCs and Old McDonald and if Alice looks at her while she is singing she will say, "no it is Abbey's ABCs" or depending on the song she will say "no it is Abbey's farm". It is so funny. Alice is getting ready to start crawling she is rocking away on all fours. So it shouldn't be too much longer. Alice is also eating a lot better too. She is starting to get use to baby food. Abbey loves to feed her too it is pretty funny I got a little video of it because she shoves it right in and then she uses the spoon (just like I do) to clean off her face. :) At her 6 month appointment she weighed 15lbs 11oz. So she is moving right up there it won't be long until she weighs as much as Abbey. She also had an ear infection or the beginning of one so that could explain why she hasn't been sleeping so well lately. She did sleep one night in her crib from 8pm to 4am. That was probably a record for her but it only happened one night. Heh. |
