September is here and the girls are off to school! Abbey started Kindergarten on Tuesday and her first full day was Wednesday. She LOVES it!! She has also ALREADY missed her first day of school! We had to keep her home on Friday. Poor girl had a BAD ear infection her ear was draining for 2 days! She seems to be doing a lot better and she is excited to go back on Monday. She got an email from her teacher yesterday and she was excited about that too. Abbey just had her 6th birthday August 26th and she loves being 6 she tells me that often how much she loves being 6! Alice started Preschool on Thursday her first day without me is on Tuesday and she is more than ready. She wanted me to leave her there on Thursday but it was orientation. :) Alice's birthday is coming right up too! September 28th! We are going to have her birthday party the 24th so we are ahead of the game just in case the baby comes early! The girls also started gymnastics on Thursday well actually just Alice did because I kept Abbey home so she could rest. Steve said Alice did great! I am excited to watch them this week. Another big thing that happened this week is Alice started riding her bike without training wheels! She is doing so well now I have to ride a bike with her because I can't keep up! We went for a long bike ride one afternoon while Abbey was still at school. We actually went around Abbey's school and back home. She did very well! Abbey is now on her big bike too now that she has the 2 wheels down. They each got little baskets for their bikes too!
Baby #3 update: I am ready and waiting 3 weeks to go! It would be ok with me if he was early but I want him to come when he is ready of course! I am feeling good and running out of room! :)
I am all updated on pictures FINALLY! I feel bad I didn't put as many as I could have for July when Auntie was here but going through thousands of pictures was a little overwhelming! So keep checking back for baby updates I will probably have Auntie update when he arrives and when he is on his way! |
